The Cottages of Savannah (TCOS) is a 148-unit property sprawling over 20 acres of lush Georgian landscape and surrounded by all the luxuries, conveniences and necessities one could hope for in a home.

With each cottage made up of only 2 units, residents get the perks of both a private home and a managed apartment. The area in which TCOS is located supports over 352,000 jobs and is populated with fantastic schools, medical care facilities, dining and entertainment. Take a short walk along blooming sidewalks to the nearby Starbucks or Whole Foods or simply make an afternoon out of relaxing at home in a cozy nook overlooking green gardens and giant oak trees.

This is Think Multifamily’s second acquisition in the Savannah market in the past 6 months. Plans for the property include $7500 in rehab per unit, focusing mainly on interior improvements. By increasing the property value and Net Operating Income, Think Multifamily will move to new market rents and reap rapid returns for its partners and investors.

As always, we want to THANK our investors, partners, and team members for making acquisitions like this one possible and profitable!
